Sausage Muffins, Sesame Beans, Loaded Chilli Nacho Bowls

Meal plan w/c 26th October... This has been designed to be meal preppable and last 5 days, but if you want a bit more variety you can toggle in any of my other recipes into the meal plan to customise it to you. 90 mins of prep to feed you all week... I have been feeling a bit out of sorts this week so this week was really designed with comfort food at it's core. The sausage bap genuinely makes me excited to get out of bed, lunch is SO easier to prep and even easier to serve up. Finally nothing says hug in a bowl more than a chilli but I love a bit of added texture with the nacho crisps. These recipes were designed to be meal prepped and serve 1 person from Mon-Fri, so make sure you use the ingredients toggle accordingly when adding it to your shopping basket ❤️

The recipes

Spinach & Sausage Breakfast Muffins

This is my ultimate savoury brekkie that feels soooo satisfying especially in cosy season. Make a batch on Sunday, wrap them in foil and you’ve got a hot breakfast ready in minutes. They freeze brilliantly too, so you can reheat straight from frozen whenever the craving hits!

Creamy Sesame Beans with Spicy Cucumber Salad

Creamy, satisfying and ready in 30 minutes, these sesame beans are the comfort food I keep coming back to. The tangy cucumber salad with chilli crisp cuts through all that creaminess... serve on toast for an even quicker lunch.

Loaded Chilli Nacho Bowls

Rich, smoky and with a little hit of chocolate and cinnamon for depth, this is the chilli I make on repeat as soon as the weather turns. You can totally customise the toppings here, add a little guac or charred corn for extra colour but she's pretty perfect as is!
