I'm confused how the spring onions are involved - are they meant to be in the meatball mix?

Not another 5 star recipe whatttt 👏🏻🤤 Reluctantly made myself make this instead of ordering a pizza 🫣 Apprehensive as I have really struggled with tofu (partly taste partly texture). I am so glad I made the effort as this was unreal. I think the sauce is enough as it is a strong flavour (in a good way). Now looking forward to trying some more tofu recipes on here, thank you!! 🙏🏻🌱

Great flavours but I don't think it was enough sauce.

The meal at the end was great but the recipe was a little hard to follow, e.g. it didn’t say when the add the chia egg and the agave was listed as one of the ingredients to add to the meatball mix but then the instructions later said to add it to the sauce. The portion size was also an issue as I reduced to four portions before adding to my plan, but then when I clicked the recipe from the plan it defaulted back to five so I had to be careful with the ingredient quantities.
