Jammy Strawberry Oat Bars

Feels like dessert for breakfast, I love an option that you can either grab and go or you can pimp up in a loaded yoghurt bowl. For these meal prep recipes - the prep time is your sunday night work and your cooking time is how long it takes to reheat things each day!

Forgot to take a picture but I made these last week and they were pretty good. Very easy to make. Not my favourite thing but I have enjoyed them as a breakfast option

Used blackberries instead of strawberries and went for 3 instead of 5 portions (hence the bars were pretty thin) 😅 but very happy with these!

I'm a bit confused about the chia seeds, it says 1 table spoon in the method but 2 1/2 in the ingredients?

The remaining chia seeds go in with the strawberry mix :)

Thank you. I put them all in then realised and added them to the strawberries but worked out fine :)

So I misread the recipe on the chia seeds bit but that was entirely my fault. Also used peanut butter instead of almond butter, frozen mixed berries and had no mixed seeds. Turned out lovely and I had this morning with coconut yoghurt and extra maple syrup. Looking forward to breakfasts this week.
