Not an aesthetic photo in the slightest but gosh this is delicious!! So easy to make too - definitely keeping on the rotation.

Oh. My. God. This is stunning. I cannot believe how good this was for how little effort it actually was. I made this for people coming over to my place to watch the F1 and they licked their plates clean as did I. It was also the thing we talked most about even after the race was just how delicious this was. Will be making again and again. An instant staple.

Omitted mustard seeds and coriander stalks as didn't have them, still came out delicious. Just as well as I made 10 portions!

All I had were Japanese sweet potatoes and a yellow chili and it came out GREAT! This was a HUGE pot. I think it's WAY more than 5 servings. My husband gobbled this up!

What could you substitute for mustard seeds? I have wholegrain and Dijon mustard...

I would just leave the mustard seeds out as you can't sub with any other type of mustard!
