Creamy Leek Butterbeans

Kind of cacio e pepe vibes, but make it beans. Silky leeks, creamy butterbeans, loads of black pepper. One pan, minimal effort, maximum comfort. For these meal prep recipes - the prep time is your sunday night work and your cooking time is how long it takes to reheat things each day!

Very simple but very satisfying dish that was extremely creamy. The subtlety of the flavour combinations will make this on to my weekly rota for sure.

Garlicky goodness! Made this with 5 servings and OMG! It's quite a bit of food. I think I'll need to share some with my coworkers!
