Squash, Lentil and Kale Traybake with Maple Tahini Dressing

Even in comfort season I still crave all the goodness of a salad...this gorgeous winter warmer is super light so great as a side or your main deal, & I could drink that maple tahini dressing!! If you're not gluten free, pair with a big hunk of sourdough for extra satiation.
